In the recent, “Benchmarking for 2019: Understanding the Diagnostic Imaging Equipment Customer Experience: Executive Summary”, Shimadzu Medical Systems USA was the only manufacturer who received the highest rankings in all customer touchpoints examined.

Based on IMV’s executive summary, the results are from 327 US-based diagnostic imaging customers who were ranked in: Equipment Awareness, Equipment Knowledge, Equipment Selection, Equipment Integrity, Service Provided, Manufacturer Support, and Satisfaction and Loyalty.
