Shimadzu’s REDSHIFT Remote Services offer quicker detection, diagnosis and, when possible, resolution through remote repair. In cases when remote repair is not possible, technical data gathered from the system can be used for remote diagnosis to assist an onsite service engineer. Access to sensitive data in most cases is not necessary.

Site‐View advanced monitoring detects issues before or as they happen, automatically notifying Shimadzu’s remote service team. The notification and relevant equipment logs are analyzed and, if necessary, preventive remote repair is conducted or on‐site personnel dispatched.
